In fashion, hair and in life, everything comes back in style, and what was old is new again.

More than 30 years ago, Enzo Armetta and his brother Franco started a salon together in their family’s hometown, Carini, Italy. In the intervening years, the brothers were parted when Enzo moved to the United States with his family while Franco remained in Italy to start his own family and continue his career in Italy.

Enzo has worked for nearly the last 25 years at Scottsdale salons, including Par Exsalonce and Salon 103. He is extremely proud to have many clients (now friends) for almost 25 years. While Enzo follows the latest trends, classic color and style techniques are the fundamentals of Enzo’s discipline.

And, in life, what was old is new again. In 2014, Enzo and Franco joined forces again to start Salon Armetta. Enzo manages the business but continues with his greatest passion – hair and beauty.

Enzo welcomes all clients, new or existing, to Salon Armetta, to his own chair or one of the salon stylists.

Outside of the salon, Enzo is a proud father to two sons, daughters-in-law, and grandfather to 4 beautiful, brilliant, and amazing grandchildren.

SETHA K. VANDERHOOF

Master Stylist

Setha K. Vanderhoof graduated from Aspen Hill Beauty Academy in 1996 with a cosmetology certificate. She worked in Washington, DC as a cosmetologist at Art and Chemistry from 1996 – 1998. Her works appeared in Hairstyle guide in 1998.

From 1999 to 2003, Setha moved to Philadelphia and started a family. She did house calls as a cosmetologist to maintain her skills. In 2003, Setha moved to Arizona where she obtained her teaching certificate. Setha taught future cosmetologists at the Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy for two years.

Setha opened her own salon in 2005, where she specialized in color, haircuts, and hair extensions. Setha is happy to be part of Salon Armetta for the past 2 years, and she loves to do color, highlights, lowlights and color correction.
